This is a website operated by David Corbett who is registered in the UK as a sole trader at: 57 Hereward Way, Lewes, BN7 2HW. David can be contacted on 07951851171 or emailed at [email protected] The online shop will only currently be selling wildlife plaques. This may change in the future at which time these terms and
conditions will be rewritten. These plaques are designed and made by David Corbett and must not be moulded for the purpose of
reproduction by any person other than David Corbett.
Delivery
Upon receipt of payment, the purchased plaque will be dispatched
within 2 working days. Postage to the UK will be Royal Mail 1st class
which is 1-2 working days, inc. Saturdays. Postage to Western
Europe will be International Standard 3-5 working days. Postage to Rest
of World will be International Standard 5-7 working days. These times
are Royal Mail estimates only and not guaranteed delivery times. No
parcels will be tracked or signed for. The item will not be dispatched
if payment is not received in full.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the purchase of this item without
having to give a reason at any time within 7 working days, beginning on
the day after you receive the goods. If you are in possession of the
goods you are under duty to retain them and take reasonable care of
them. You must send the goods back to the contact address above at your
own cost (unless I delivered the item to you in error or the item is
damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the
contract. Once notification has been received that you wish to cancel the
contract, any sum debited to me will be refunded to you as soon as
possible on receipt of the returned goods, and in any event within 30
days of receipt of the returned goods.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the
purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of
or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English
law. You and I both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have
non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern
Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you
are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
